I created Bounce in response to high burnout rates in female designers, an issue I discovered during my Master's studies. It's a research-based, habit-forming strategy designed to reduce workplace stress and enhance creative well-being—named “Bounce” to symbolise buoyant resilience.
At the heart of Bounce are daily exercises that boost engagement, resilience, and creativity – crucial for countering burnout and stress. These bite-sized, self-care practices seamlessly integrate into a designer's day, ensuring creativity and well-being go hand in hand.
Setting itself apart in a digital-dominated wellness market, Bounce is delivered as physical cards through a monthly subscription. This tangible approach offers a hands-on alternative to digital methods, encouraging a shift away from the stress of digital workflows towards a more balanced creative process.
